Jeffrey A. Burris age 50 of Cambridge, Ohio passed away February 8, 2014 at his residence. He was born on June 11, 1963 in Abilene, Texas to Larry and Mary (Bezek) Burris. He was a supervisor of the radio tech. division of the State Highway Patrol- Cambridge Post District 7, a member of Christ Our Light Parish Church- St. Benedict Catholic Church, member of Knights of Columbus, and a former 4H Advisor. He is preceded in death by a grandfather Ralph Bezek, Grandparents Dorothy and Leo Burris and father-in law George Shirer. Jeffrey is survived by his wife Susan A. (Shirer) Burris of Cambridge and whom he married on May 17, 1986, 2 daughters Katie and Kristen Burris both of the home, a son Doug Burris of the home, his parents Larry G. and Mary M. (Bezek) Burris of Cambridge, a sister Noreen (Jack) Welch and daughter Hannah of Worthington, a brother Brian (Lisa) Burris and children Cameron and Juliana of Dublin, grandmother Mary Bezek of Cambridge, mother-in-law Joy Shirer, 2 brother-in-laws Phil Shirer, Tim and Kelly Shirer, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 3:00 to 5:00 & 6:00 to 8:00 on Tuesday February 11, 2014 at the Bundy-Law Funeral Home with vigil services at 7:30, also calling hours will be from 9:00 to 10:00 Wednesday February 12, 2014 at Christ Our Light Parish Church with mass to follow at 10:00 with Father Robert Borer officiating.
