Harold Edwin Sigman, age 99 of Cambridge, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Cambridge Place. He was born on November 9, 1921 in Byesville, a son of the late James Raymond Sigman and Lillian (Bruney) Sigman Lapp. Mr. Sigman served his country in the U.S.Army during World War II where he received a Bronze Star. He was a member of Unity Presbyterian Church. He worked and retired from Cambridge State Hospital after 32 years and was also a television repairman. Harold was a member of the Senior Citizen’s Golf League at Wildfire and enjoyed playing the guitar and harmonica. He had many accomplishments including building a boat and remodeling his home. He was an avid painter and artist as well. Harold is preceded in death by: his parents; his wife Gloria Eileen (Yearian) Sigman; two brothers, James and Jacob; two sisters, Eileen and Betty; and two great grandsons, Cruise Lee Rose and Justis Rose. Surviving are: daughters, Karen Rose of Norwalk and Linda (Harold) Glosser of Cambridge; a son Richard (Rayleen) Sigman of Pasadena, MD; grandchildren, Angela (Gary) Sieger, Amy (Rick) Vincent, Thomas (Valarie) Rose, Jaime (Dallas )Green, Laura (Jayme) Michnya, Tracy (Chris) McCormick, Scott (Jessica) Sigman and Alison (Chris) Cagle; great grandchildren, D.J. (Shannon) Polak, Mason (Laurel) Sieger, Michael Sieger, Kylie Rose, Jaret Vincent, Brady Vincent, Emilee Vincent, Drew (Sam Eckleberry) Higgins, Skylar Higgins, Riley Higgins, Dylan, Summer, and Sammi Michnya, Hunter Griffith, Maya and Maddie McCormick, Cara and Landyn Sigman, Peyton, Savannah and Cameron Cagle, Isaiah Boogher; great great grandchildren, Ayven Sieger, Chloe and Cady Polak, Thea and Brea Sieger and Maisyn Sieger. A memorial service will be held at a later date with entombment taking place in Northwood Cemetery Chapel Masaleum. In lieu of flowers, donation's may be made to any Veteran's organization.
