Amanda Yoder, age 63 of Quaker City, Ohio, died Friday, April 20, 2007 at her home. She was born June 9, 1943 in Union Town, Ohio to the late Benjamin Troyer and Amanda Beachy Troyer. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Antrim Mennonite Church in Antrim, Ohio.
Mrs. Yoder leaves: her husband, Elmer L. Yoder of the home, they were married on October 24, 1963; 3 daughters, Mary Yoder of the home, Susan A. Anthony Beachy of Maryland, and Alta K. Michael Weaver of Quaker City, OH.; 2 sons, Dale R. Lori Yoder of Cambridge, OH., and Junior Mindy Yoder of Fairview, OH.; 8 brothers, Abe Troyer of Walnut Creek, OH., Noah Troyer of Carrolton, OH., Mose Alta Troyer of Hartville, OH., Eli Judy Troyer of Union Town, OH., Ben Emma Troyer of Colegate, OK., Dave Troyer of Akron, OH., Levi Katie Troyer of Hartville, OH., an Crist Alice Troyer of Hartville, OH.; 7 grandchildren, Kayla, Amanda, Ethen, Benjamin, Isabella, Samantha and Joseph and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceeding her in death are: 3 sisters, Lovina, Anna and Susan; 2 brothers, Melvin and Joni; and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 22, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9pm at the Antrim Mennonite Church. The service will be on Monday, April 23, at 10:00am also at the Church located at 20360 Cadiz Rd. Antrim, Ohio. The service will be officiated by Edward Weaver, Eli Schrock and Jason Miller. Burial will follow in Antrim Mennonite Church Cemetery.
