Bernie (Lee) Forney, age 93, of Cambridge, OH passed away Saturday June 19, 2021 at Cardinal Place in Cambridge, OH. She was born May 30, 1928 to the late Robert Lee and Isabell (Rogers) Lee Proctor in Shadyside, Maryland. Bernie worked as a secretary.
Along with her parents Mrs. Forney is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Forney. Two brothers, Paul and Bernard Lee.
She is survived by one daughter Deborah L. (Douglas) Ford of Edenton, NC. One son, Jeffery E. (Vickie) Forney of Kimbolton, OH. Four grandchildren: Andrew, Steven, Jacquelyn, Jeffery. Four great grandchildren: Amanda, Paige, Alison, Abbilee. Two great great grandchildren, Luke and Kinsey.
Burial will be in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at a later date.
