Betty Gene Rose, age 86 of Kimbolton passed away March 12, 2022 at the Astoria Place with her family by her side. She was born on April 25, 1935 in Holy River, W.Va., to the late James and Vina May (Hissam) Gibson. She is also preceded in death by her first husband John Rose and her second husband Jimmie Rose, a daughter Shirley Rose, 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, a son-in-law and a daughter -in-law. She was a member of the Flat Ridge Community Church and she worked at the Salt Fork State Park in the cleaning department. Betty is survived by her 5 daughters Mary Foraker (Charles) Erbe of Chandlersville, Sharon (Lee) Weyandt of Dundee, Rebecca Rose of Newcomerstown, Judy (Michael) Joseph of Kimbolton, Betty Joann (Paul) Poole of Kimbolton, and step-daughter Ann Barnett of Morgantown, W.Va., 8 sons Donnie L. Rose, Franklin "Tom" (Marsha) Rose, Darrell (Joan) Rose, Jessie F. Rose (Shelia Brown), John E. Rose, John Jeffrey Rose all of Kimbolton, Charles (Cheryl) Rose of W.Va., and Paul (Angie) Rose of Kimbolton, 30 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, 3 sisters Linda Williams of Newcomerstown, Pauline (George) Hunt of Kimbolton and Judy Sellick of Kimbolton, and several nieces and nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 8:00 on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home with funeral services at 3:00 PM Thursday March 17, 2022 at the Flat Ridge Community Church with Rev.
