Bonnie Kay Willis

Bonnie Kay Willis, 62, of Cambridge, died peacefully at home in her sleep on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Mrs. Willis was born August 18, 1949, in Madison Township, daughter of the late Russell and Kathleen Larrick. She was a 1967 graduate of Madison High School. She was employed with AVI Foodsystems, at the time of her death, as a vending attendant at Colgate-Palmolive since 1990. Mrs. Willis was a member of Antrim United Methodist Church, the Antrim UMW, and served on the committee for the Antrim Community Cemetery. She enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Cambridge USBC Women's Bowling Association where she served many years as a director. She was a member of the Gene's Workingman's Friend Thursday women's league. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her grand-dog Mo, who was faithfully at her side at the time of her passing. Mrs. Willis was currently serving in her sixth, and final year, on the Executive Committee for the Ohio Grand Council of the Order of the United Commercial Travelers of America and was set to receive her Past Grand honors this June at the Ohio Grand Convention in Boardman, Ohio. She was also secretary-treasurer of Cambridge UCT Council #588. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Willis was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Willis Jr. whom she married on August 2, 1969 and died September 15, 2007; her father-in-law Charles Sr; two brothers, Willard Larrick and James Larrick; and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by two children, Bob of Cambridge and Beth of Lore City; her mother-in-law Gerry Willis; two brothers Kenneth (Robin) Larrick of Albany, Ohio and Jerry (Elizabeth) Larrick of Salesville, Ohio; a sister Rosemary (Mark) Carsey of Albany, Ohio; two sisters-in-law Janice Larrick of Kipling and Barbara Larrick of Pleasant City; and aunt Marybelle Larrick of Summerfield; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends. Friends may call from 3 pm to 8 pm Friday, April 20, 2012 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home, Cambridge where services will be 1 pm Saturday April 21, 2012. Rev. Nancy Parsons will officiate the service with burial following in Antrim Community Cemetery, Antrim, Ohio.
