Obituary

My loving brother Bruce E. McKim age 69 of Cambridge, OH. went to be with our Lord and Savior after a long battle of cancer, on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. He was at the Morrison House in Zanesville, OH, surrounded by family and friends. He was born in Cambridge Township, Guernsey County on February 21, 1956. One of two sons born to the late George E. McKim and Mildred I. Ritter (McKim) of Cambridge.
Bruce was a 1974 graduate of Cambridge High School. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War era. He graduated from the Air University of Huntsville, Alabama. He was a member of the Guernsey County Amateur Radio Association as well as the National Weather Service and Emergency Management. He attended Solid Rock Wesleyan Church in Cambridge.
Bruce is preceded in death by his father George E. McKim, his mother Mildred I. Ritter (McKim).
He leaves his brother David W. McKim (& Judy Bellville) of Byesville, a nephew David E. McKim (& Jordan) of Cambridge; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Monday, April 28, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm. and again on Tuesday from 11 am to 12 pm with services to begin at 12 pm. Ken Harper will officiate with burial to follow in Friends Cemetery in Quaker City. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans' Council. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Solid Rock Wesleyan Church 832 Sherman Avenue Cambridge, Ohio 43725. An on-line guest book may be signed at www.bundy-lawfuneralhome.com .
