Carol Rae Fry, age 86, of Cambridge, Ohio, was called up to Heaven on Sunday, February 4, 2024. She was born on October 16, 1937 in Crab Orchard, Tennessee. She was the beloved daughter of the late Beatrice Bessie (Hassler) and William Washington Melton.
Carol was the cherished and beloved wife of the late Howard Fry. She leaves her daughter Tina (& Dale) Kaminski of Arizona; sons Dave Fry of Cleveland, Ohio and Howard (Huey) Fry of Cambridge, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Erin, Matthew, Benjamin, Rachel, Nicholas, Jaxson and Sierra; five great-grandchildren, Selena, Isabella, Athena, Dominic and Evan; and dear nieces and nephews.
Carol was a beautiful soul who loved her husband and her family more than anything in the world. She was a woman of faith and belief. She loved her home, especially gardening (she called it "to work in the dirt" and grow beautiful things). A favorite activity was to sit on her
porch enjoying her coffee and either reading or birdwatching. Mom, we love you, love you, love you, and you will be dearly missed.
