Charles "Charlie" D. Roberts passed away peacefully on April 30, 2023 at Genesis Hospice, Morrison House. He was born on February 1, 1954 in Marietta, Ohio. He was born to the late Charles L. Roberts and Maggie Roberts.
Charlie was proceeded in death by his parents, grandmothers Della Roberts & Virgie Wright, and his daughter Christy (Daniel) McDonald, father-in- law Lowell Thomas, and many aunts and uncles.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 20 and a half years, Chari Roberts. Children: Joe (Laurie) Roberts, Greta Roberts, Tori Roberts, and Chip Roberts. Grandchildren Alex Roberts, Addy Roberts, Jake Roberts, Lucas Stevens, and Olivia Roberts. Siblings: Vicky Roberts, Okey Roberts, and Ted (Leslie Long) Roberts. Nephews: Matthew Roberts & Spencer Roberts. Mother-in- law De Thomas and Uncle-in- law Leonard Thomas.
Charlie was intelligent, witty and spoke his mind. He was a giver and loved helping others. He enjoyed sports, horse back riding, and hunting. He never wanted to be the center of attention, but he loved watching his children in all their many endeavors.
