Cheryl Lynn Kafury, age 65 of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. She was born in Cambridge on April 3, 1959, a daughter of Wanda F. (Kimble) Kafury and the late John J. Kafury.
Cheryl was a 1978 graduate of Cambridge High School. She had worked at Area Agency On Aging and for Acme Dry Cleaners. She was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys.
Surviving are: her mother Wanda F. (Kimble) Kafury; one son Jason Seckman (& Michele Van Wey, Isabella, Luke and Ellianna); two brothers, William J. (& Mary) Kafury and Stanley J. (& Lee Ann) Kafury; one granddaughter Kennedy Seckman (& Will Ditto) and nieces and nephews, J.T. (& Malisa) Kafury, Joe Kafury, Ryan (& Marissa) Kafury and Alexa Kafury.
She is preceded in death by: her father John J. Kafury.
