Donald G. Stropki, age 81 of Kipling, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Ohio State University James Cancer Center in Columbus. He was born in Cambridge, on September 19, 1934, a son of the late John Stropki and Anna K. (Kosko) Stropki.
Donald was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He worked at Southeastern Printing Company for over 44 years. Donald was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed remodeling and doing yard work and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
Donald is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice Joan (Basalla) Stropki; their children, John Stropki of Westerville, Michael (Catherine) Stropki of Dayton, David Stropki of Byesville, Lisa Fluharty of Cambridge and Mary Jo (Joseph) Keller of Powell; a brother William (Ann)Stropki of Canton; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews; and special friends.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:30 pm at St Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Father Paul Hrezo will officiate the Funeral Mass with burial to follow in St. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery.
