Elaine V. Meyer, age 89 of Cambridge passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Embassy of Cambridge. She was born on April 24, 1935 in Cleveland, a daughter of the late Melvin Johns and Virginia (Updegrave) Johns.
Mrs. Meyer was a 1954 graduate of Aurora High School. She had worked at Cambridge High School in the guidance department. Elaine was a member of the Birmingham United Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing and needlework.
Elaine is preceded in death by: her parents, her husband Robert C. Meyer; a brother Bobby Johns and a sister Phyllis Harper.
Surviving are some nieces and nephews, including Paul, Branch and Dustin; and many friends, and friends and neighbors at the Cardinal Place.
Visitation will be held at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Monday, November 25, 2024 from 1pm to 2 pm with services to begin at 2 pm.
