Elaine Patterson, age 78 of Cambridge, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Genesis Care Center in Zanesville. She was born on October 13, 1944 in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Floyd T. Patterson and Myrtle (Milligan) Patterson.
Ms. Patterson was a 1962 graduate of Cambridge High School and a member of First Christian Church. She had worked at NCR for 26 years and then at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in house keeping for 15 years after that. After retiring, she volunteered at SEORMC for many years. She looked forward to her breakfast dates with Mary Ellen Stillion and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by: her parents; her significant other of 43 years Frederick "Fred" Earl Parsons; and a grandson Kyle Carter.
She leaves: a granddaughter Kendra (& Greg) Stoney of Byesville; great-grandchildren, Aubree, Kynidee, Brantley, Carter and Chayse; and numerous other family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at Center Cemetery on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11am with Pastor Jeff Bergeson officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. P.O.
