Emma M. Kapteina, age 80 of Cambridge, died Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at the Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio. She was born February 3, 1927 in Pomroy, Ohio, daughter of the late Hugo and Wilma Kapteina.
Ms. Kapteina retired from Guernsey Industries and was Methodist by faith.
Emma leaves many special friends, Neysa Morris and family, Shirley Williams, Chris Todd, Patricia Fultz, Paula Kay Canel and family, Paula Waddle, Jenny Antill-Brandt and Kelly Brown, Nancy Bradley and Jana Montague.
She was preceeded in death by a sister Doris Emma Andy.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 14, 2007 from 10:30am till 12 noon with the service at 12 noon at Bundy-Law Funeral Home. Rev. Nancy Parsons will officiate the service with burial following in Senecaville Cemetery.
