Haze "Sonny" H. Hall, age 83 of Cambridge, Ohio passed away on Monday October 16, 2023 at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 7, 1940 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Arthur and Arlene (Dye) Hall. He is also preceded in death by 2 brothers Denver and Kenny Hall. He worked in the strip mines as a mechanic, was a member of the Percheron Horse Association, he loved horses, farming, and he showed quarter horses and later in life showed percheron horses and won many awards, and was always available to help out family, friends and neighbors in need.Sonny is survived by his wife Pamela J. (Keffer) Hall of Cambridge and whom he married on June 4, 1980, 3 daughters Elizabeth Ann Cox of Harrisville, W.Va., Myra (Jeffrey) Bonnett of Pennsboro, W.Va., and Janet (Robert) Harmon of Thornville, Ohio, 4 grandchildren Julia Strakal, Matthew Bunner, Ashley Hursey, and Kody Ruggles, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers Gerald (Sharon) Hall of Pennsboro, W.Va., and Dale Hall of Parkersburg, W.Va. and he will be sadly missed by his dogs Missy and Henry. No services will be held at this time but a memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
