Obituary

Jacquelyn "Sue" Eidens, age 86 of Cambridge, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at her home. Born on August 22, 1937 in Cambridge, Ohio, she is the daughter of the late John "Tony" and Dessie V. (Bailey) Hazinakis and the late John Calvin Kirk.
Sue married Robert R. Eidens on November 25, 1965, he passed away on June 29, 1990. Also preceded in death are: two sons, James and Jeffrey; three grandsons; and a brother Steve "Pete" Hazinakis.
Mrs. Eidens was a 1955 graduate of Cambridge High School. She had worked and retired from N.C.R. For many years she was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and the Alter Guild. Sue was also a member of the missions council and enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She also enjoyed her trips to Florida with her companion Chuck.
Surviving are: her daughters, Robin (John) Green of Spencer, TN, Trina (Randy) Stoner of Cambridge, Teri (Craig) Johnson of Cambridge and Amy Higginbotham (Bob) of Loudenville; a daughter-in-law Julie Eidens of Washington, PA.; step daughters, Patricia (Norman) Wilson of Hartville, Debbie Foss of Canton, Connie Comeione (Frank) of Barberton and Tammy (Ron) Jeffery of Tallmadge; step-sons, Richard (Sharon) Eidens of Massillon, Robert (Debbie) Eidens of Hudson, Charles Eidens of Panama City Beach, FL and Dana (Shari) Eidens of Blacklick; her brother Gus Hazinakis of Byesville; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren + 1 on the way; her first biological great-great-grandchild on the way; 18 step-grandchildren; 23 step-great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 2pm to 5 pm. Her funeral services will follow at 5 pm. with Mark Beros officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Northwood Cemetery. Sue's family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Guernsey for all the loving care that was given.
