James W "Red" Spencer Jr., 67, of Manor, Georgia, loving husband of the late Patsy Jo (Holloway) Spencer, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday April 20, 2019.
James was born in Akron, Ohio, on September 4, 1951, to the late James William Spencer Sr. and Mary Alice (Black) Spencer.
On April 18, 1970, James and Patty wed in Piedmont, Ohio.
James worked and retired as an automobile and construction equipment mechanic for Baker Concrete Construction in Orlando, Florida. Following his retirement, he made his home in Manor, Georgia, where he enjoyed his passion of hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and closest friends.
James was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He leaves behind his Blue Heeler pups Libby and Judy. He is survived by his two children, Tracie (David) Pagel of Stevens Point, WI; and James Spencer III, of Manor, GA. He also leaves behind two beloved grandchildren: Lisa Pagel (fiancé David Rasmussen) of Stevens Point, WI; and David Pagel Jr., of Stevens Point, WI. James also leaves behind a special friend: Chris Church, of Saint Cloud, FL, stepdaughter: Carmin Venable, of Saint Cloud, FL; and numerous other family relatives and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, May 4th from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. at Bundy-Law Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Bergeson officiating. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery.
Pallbearers are David Pagel Jr., Steven Holloway, Rick Wagner, Joe Schaeffer, Mike Holloway, and Scott Holloway.
