Jean Ann Dolan, 74, of Byesville went to be with the Lord at 6:49 pm on Friday, June 27, 2025. She was born on October 31, 1950 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Robert E and Dorothy (Robinson) Hamilton.

Jean graduated from Meadowbrook High School in 1968. She retired from CVS Pharmacy in December 2021. She was a Methodist by Faith.

Jean was one of the most caring women you would ever meet. She never met a stranger and her laugh was contagious. Everyone loved to hear her laugh. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great granddaughters. Her family was her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her mother and father-in-law Levi and Jean Dolan, her brother-in-laws Tim Tomak, Jimmy, David and Terry Dolan.

Jean is survived by her husband of almost 55 years Gary Dolan whom she married September 12, 1970, a daughter Shelley (Tony) Roberts, a son Matthew (Olivia) Dolan, five grandchildren Kyle (Jenna) Roberts, Kaitlynn (Chuck) Harmon, Konnor (Katie Bradshaw) Roberts, Emma and Caleb Dolan. 5 great granddaughters Charlie Thea and Madden Jayne Roberts, Kamryn Layne Harmon, Addilynn Rae and Josie Belle Roberts. She is also survived by her sister Linda Tomak, sister-in-laws Joyce English, Patty Tipton, Pam Dolan, Rita Everly and Rhonda Farrar, brother-in-laws Tom Dolan and Tim Dolan, several nieces, nephews and cousins including Kay, Connie and Susan. She is also survived by her lifelong friend Susan Coulter Howell and a special great nephew Jarod Eubanks.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, July 1 from 11-1 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home in Cambridge. Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm at the funeral home with Graveside services will follow in Greenwood Cemetery with Evangelist Mark Beros officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to Main Ave. Methodist Church in Byesville.
