Joseph Foster Oliver, 67, of Cambridge, Ohio passed away at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on November 26, 1951, son of the late Robert and Clarice (Waller) Oliver. Mr. Oliver was a 1972 graduate of Ridgewood High School. He was a bookkeeper with Guernsey Bank and most recently he was a licensed real estate agent with the Cambridge Board of Realtors where he worked as Property Manager for Century 21 Gibson-Turner & Assoc., for the past 20 years. Joe was a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother James Oliver. He is survived by his wife, Donna (Skeath) Oliver of the home, and whom he married on August 16, 1975, two sons, Nole Oliver of the home and Steve (Michaela) Oliver of Ashburn, VA., four brothers, Tom (Lucille) Oliver, Mark (Wanita) Oliver and George Oliver all of Kimbolton, John (Debbie) Oliver of Florida, two granddaughters Lillian and Abby Oliver both of Ashburn, VA., a special brother-in-law Randy (Gail) Skeath of Allentown, PA., sister-in-law Marguerite Oliver of Kimbolton, and many loving nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 11:00 to 1:00 on Thursday March 21, 2019 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 1:00 at the funeral home with Rev. Everett Stoddard officiating.
