Karen Ann Moore, age 63 of Cambridge, formerly of Massillon, passed away in her home on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 with her family. She was born in Massillon on May 6, 1952, daughter of the late Lester E. Moore and Laura Mona (McCandles) Moore.
Ms. Moore was Baptist by faith and had worked as a Caregiver for many different facilities.
Karen was an animal lover and took in several challenging shelter animals that required alot of work. She also enjoyed shopping.
Karen is survived by: a sister Mary (Jerry) Laddrac of Millersburg; two brothers, Max Moore of Carlisle and Roger (Penny) Moore of Cambridge; a sister-in-law Linda Moore of Carlisle; a brother-in-law John Tapp of Massillon; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by: three sisters, Lilian Tapp, Ruby (George) Richards and Beverly (Nathaniel) Bates; and two brothers, Carl and Thomas Moore.
A celebration of life will be held at her brother Roger's home on Saturday May 7, 2016 starting at 1 pm.
