Kathleen V. Meckley, age 80 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Brewster Park Nursing Home. She was born on January 12, 1944 in Cambridge, eldest daughter of the late Walter Stage and Kathryn (Bokelman) Stage.
Kathleen was a graduate of Cambridge High School. She had attended the Free Methodist Church and had worked at Moldright Plastics, NCR and Kennedy's Bakery. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching Days of Our Lives, doing crossword puzzles, reading the newspaper and books and listening to music. In her younger years she loved bowling, roller skating and picking raspberries.
She leaves: two daughters, Marlene (& Charlie) Badida of Canton, Ohio and Pamela Meckley of Cambridge; three grandchildren, Tara, Cruz and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Varo, Giovonni, Austin and Oliver; and several nieces and nephews.
Kathleen is preceded in death by: her parents; her son Mark Meckley; her sister Marilyn Milliner; and her brother William Stage.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 10 am to 11 am with her service to begin at 11 am. Burial will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
