Margaret I. Cope, age 87 of Winterset, died Monday, March 14, 2005 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. She was a daughter of the late Selvia Lucas and late Mary Ross Lucas.
Mrs. Cope was a Packer at Brockway Glass of Zanesville. She was a member of the Winterset United Methodist Church.
Margaret was married to Everett E. Cope, he died in 1953.
Surviving are: 1 daughter; Judith K. Ward of Winterset, Ohio 1 sister; Bonnie Jean Ferguson of New Lexington, Ohio, 3 grandchildren; Russell E. Ward, Suzanne Ward/Arnold and Jonathan Ward, 2 great grandchildren Steven and Joseph Arnold.
Proceeding her in death are: 5 brothers; Charles, William, Alfred and 2 infant brothers and 1 sister; Alice Puterbaugh.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 17, 2005 from 11:00am till 1:00pm with the service at 1:00pm. Rev. Virginia Geiger will be officiating with burial following in Ilif Cemetery in McCluney, Ohio.
