Obituary

Mary P. McIntire, age 83 of Cambridge, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Beckett House in New Concord. She was born on August 24, 1942 in Cumberland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Guy E. Stephens and Mary G. (Gibson) Stephens.
Mary was a 1960 graduate of Cumberland High School. She had worked in customer service at many places over the years, including Spillmans Drug Store and Gift Shop, Montgomery Ward, Shenandoah Truck Stop, and most recently, she was a station manager for the Hartley Company. Mary had been a former member of the First Church of the Nazarene and attended the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church in Cambridge. She had been a former Sunday School teacher and youth leader.
Mary is survived by: two daughters, Sandra McIntire-Engle (Mark Engle) of Columbus, Ohio and Jennifer Kenney of Florida; two granddaughters, Lauren and Arianna and three grandsons, Bret, Clay and Christian; two great granddaughters, Paisley and Leilah and one great grandson Keenan; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Guy and Mary Stephens; five sisters, Artith Stephens, Frances Stephens, Hazel Moore, Virginia Moore, Ruth Moore; and two brothers Frank Stephens and James Stephens.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 10 am to 11 am with her funeral service to begin at 11 am. Chaplain Kris Bright will officiate the service with burial to follow in Guernsey Memory Gardens. Mary's online guest book may be viewed and signed at www.bundy-lawfuneralhome.com .
