Obituary

Our Loving Mother Mildred I. (Hedleston) Ritter, age 94 of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at SEORMC surrounded by family. She was born in Wayne Township, Noble County, July 8, 1928, one of 12 born to the late Carl Hedleston and Sadie (Lytle) Hedleston of Quaker City.
Mrs. Ritter was a 1947 graduate of Quaker City High School. She had worked and retired from NCR. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Cambridge, and the Golden Sixties. Mildred and Warren founded the Dial Christ Helpers.
Mildred is preceded in death by: her husband Warren Ritter; five brothers, Harry, Carl Jr., James, Frank and Thomas; three sisters, Madelyn Nichols, Betty King and Arlene Estes.
She leaves: her two sons, David W. (Judy Bellville) McKim of Buffalo and Bruce E. McKim of Cambridge; a grandson David E. (Jordan Luce) McKim of Cambridge; her sisters, Joan Phillips of Cambridge and Eleanor Davis of Byesville; a brother Donnie (Leona) Hedleston of Junction City, Kansas; and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 4 pm to 7 pm. Her funeral service will begin at 11 am on Friday, also at Bundy-Law with burial following in Friends Cemetery, Quaker City. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Solid Rock Wesleyan Church, 832 Sherman Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
