Molly A. Kelly, 78, of Salesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Monday, September 26, 2016. She was born in her grandmother's house in Madisonville Tenn. On March 27, 1938, and was the oldest of Kate & Robert Kelly's seven children. Molly was a very free spirit, full of life and love. She was special to those who knew her and had a unique way of connecting to people that was individual to each person. She was a social worker for the Welfare Dept of Summit County and the Dept. of Human Services in Coshocton and Holmes County, Ohio. She was also an author, poet, & collector of various things. Molly was known for the cards and jewelry she made and freely gave to her family and friends. She loved eclectic music, movies and TV. Molly also loved cats and many cats in need of a home came to her for care and love. She will be greatly missed by many friends and by her two sisters, Katheryn (Tom) Woodley, N. Kelly Lynch (Dave) Lynch and two brothers Jim (Linda) Kelly and Mac (Cheryl) Kelly, seven nieces and nephews and their spouses, 12 great nieces and nephews, seven cousins and Vickie (Jeff) Patton, sister of the heart.
She was preceded in death by her parents Kathryn and Robert Kelly, two sisters, Mary Lou and Jenny Kelly, and special friends, Walter Mirpaul and Carol Dickson. Friends and family of Molly are planning a celebration of her life on Thursday, September 29, 2016, starting at 5:30 P.M. at Francis Family Restaurant, 1038 Wheeling Ave, Cambridge, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, Molly and her family would like donations to go to the Humane Society of Guernsey County for the welfare of cats (Guernsey County P.O. 422 Cambridge, Ohio 43725.)
