Obituary

Nancy Jean Love, 83, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025. Nancy was born on March 24, 1942, in Cleveland to the late Clarence and Lona Morrison. She married her husband of 58 years, the late Roger Love, on June 27, 1959, in Caldwell. She was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Swain of Dexter City.
Nancy was a homemaker her entire life and was best known for her delicious baking of homegrown black raspberry pies and her intricate quilting abilities. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ, most recently the 10th and Clairmont congregation in Cambridge. She served there as a Bible class teacher and on various women's committees.
Nancy leaves her three children, Kimberly (Bill) Reynolds of Gahanna, Kevin (Sharon) Love of Cambridge and Karen (Brian) Wilson of Lewis Center. She also leaves her seven grandchildren, including Whitney Fisher, Will Reynolds, Ross Love, Bryce Love, Reid Love, Caleb Wilson and Emma Wilson, and nine great grandchildren. Also surviving are Nancy's two siblings, Patricia Stevens and Thomas Morrison, both of Caldwell.
Per Nancy's longstanding wishes, no public funeral service will be held. A private graveside service will be held at a later time. Contributions in Nancy's memory may be made to the Hospice of Guernsey through their website at Hospiceofguernsey.com.
