Pat Behrendt, age 88 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Countryview Assisted Living Center. She was born on July 9, 1931 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carlos Milhoan and Florence (Shimp) Milhoan.
Pat was a 1949 graduate of Central High School in Cambridge. She was a member of the Church of Christ at 10th and Clairmont and had taught Bible Classes as well. Pat was primarily a homemaker, she had also worked at Guernsey Memorial Hospital and seasonally at RCA. Pat enjoyed traveling with her husband. They have visited all 50 states and traveled in Israel, Jordan, Greece the United Kingdom, and have been on three cruises. They made National Parks, Caves & Caverns a priority. Pat also enjoyed sewing and reading.
Pat had recently celebrated 68 years of marriage with her husband Norman Behrendt. She also leaves her children, Vicky (Mike) Kuhnash of Senecaville and Van (Diane) Behrendt of Franklin, TN; a sister Sandra Bryant of Edmon, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Heather Lucas and Mathew Farson; great grandchildren, Justin Lucas, Nichole Farson, Jennifer Farson and Ryleigh Farson; and several nieces and nephews.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; and two siblings, Don Milhoan and Marian McDoniel.
