Patricia Ann Hysell age 95 of Cambridge, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at her home. She was born on May 29, 1928 in Belmont, Ohio, a daughter of the late Andrew MacFadyen and Rose (McKinney) MacFadyen.
Mrs. Hysell was a graduate of Pleasant City High School. She was Lutheran by faith and had retired from Cambridge City Schools where she worked in the kitchen. She volunteered for many years at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 2901 Auxiliary.
Patricia's mother passed away when she was an infant and she was raised by her uncle and aunt the late Alexander "Sandy" and Alice MacFadyen.
She is survived by: children, Ellen (Jerry) Wish of Florida, Tom Matthews of Cambridge, Susan (Denny) McFarland of Grove City and Jerry Matthews of Grove City; step children, Ed (Cheryl) Blair of Cambridge, Terry (Lorraine) Miller of Green and Lois Hysell of Lancaster; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and step grand and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 11 am at Bundy-Law Funeral Home. Pastor Jeffrey Hancock will officiate.
