Patsy Ann Nay, age 83 of Cambridge, passed away on Sunday, November, 28, 2021. Her family was by her side as she was ushered into the presence of the Lord. She was born in Antrim Ohio, on December 9, 1937, a daughter of the late Roy G. Chase and Dorothy E. (Lake) Chase.
Mrs. Nay was a 1955 graduate of Madison High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church. She was an enthusiastic Buckeye fan. She loved square dancing and line dancing, which is how she met her sweetheart. She was a wonderful gardener and seamstress and above all, Patsy was a devoted advocate of her Christian faith.
Patsy is survived by her husband, James Allen Nay; children, Polly (Mick) Shoemaker of Sunbury, Pamela (Eric) Whittington of Charleston, SC., Patricia (Tim) Malloy of Westerville; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren; four sisters, Joy Weekly of W.V., Donna Bond of Londonderry, Carolyn (James) Allen of Old Washington and Vicki Keefer of Cambridge; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by: her parents and a brother Curtis Chase.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11 am at Southern Hills Baptist Church 127 West 8th Street Cambridge, Ohio 43725. Pastor Kirk Gable will officiate.
