Peggy Jo Brill, age 72 went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 12, 2024. She passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family and friends. It is beyond our imagination the welcome she received as she entered into her heavenly home. Peggy served as Chaplain for SEORMC for many years. She was the instrument God chose to use to be His comfort and light to others. We will never know this side of heaven, the number of souls that were touched by her calling and service. Peggy was a faithful member of Christ Global Methodist Church, where she served on the women's ministry team. She was generous with her time and efforts, always serving others,
However, her greatest ministry and joy was being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was known to dote over them, providing unending love and compassion. Along with spoiling her 2 dogs, Nikko and Sissy. Peggy is proceeded in death by her parents John David and Margaret "Jean" Atkinson and a sister-in-law Harriet Mitchell. She leaves behind the love of her life and husband, Tom Brill whom she married on August 22, 1970. They spent the past 54 years nurturing and raising their family. They shared two children Tommy (Jodi) Brill and Krissy (Mike) Swank, along with 7 grandchildren Devin Bradford, Derek Bradford, Kelsey Flesher, J.T. (Delaney Mumford) Swank, Tommy D Brill, Katie Brill and Michael Brill. She also leaves her brother Jay (Linda) Atkinson, her two brothers-in-laws David (Susan) Brill, Larry Brill, and many special nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 pm at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Monday, June 17, 2024. Services will be on Tuesday at 11 am also at the funeral home with Heath Hayes and Pastor Wib Bragg officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Christ Global Methodist Church at 2167 North Avenue Cambridge, Ohio 43725. Burial will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
