Peter J. Poole Sr, age 59 of Kimbolton, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at his home. He was born on December 4, 1964 in Massillon, Ohio. A son of Joe Patrick Poole of Kimbolton and the late Donna Marie (Leach) Miller.
Mr. Poole worked in construction at Salt Fork Utility / Grand Haven / Bucket Hill. He had also worked for AEG and detailed cars at Dunning Motors. Pete enjoyed puzzles, hunting ginseng, picking berries, listening to rock and roll and most of all, spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by: wife of 40 years, Jacqueline S. Poole; children, Nekiea Marie (& Joseph) Somogye, Kandi S. (& Coty) Harris, Angela J. Poole, Peter J. Jr. (& Tiffani) Poole, Crimson and Haley; his father Joe Patrick Poole; his siblings, Paul (& Joann) Poole, Delores (& Kenneth) Temple, Aaron Poole; a sister-in-law Valerie Poole; his grandchildren, Alexis, Braden, Logan, Brandi, Conner, Blake, Chloe, Carson, Sophie, Madelynn, Mary, Brady, Faith & Logan M.; and many other nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by: his mother Donna Marie (Leach) Miller; and a brother Joel Poole.
A graveside service will be held at Flat Ridge Cemetery on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11 am. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
