Ronald D. Combs, age 81 of Cambridge, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. He was born in West Lafayette on October 9, 1941, a son of the late Ralph Combs and Dorothy (Beal) Combs.
Mr. Combs was a graduate of Cambridge High School. He started his working career at Southeastern Printing which led to him starting his own print shop in Coshocton called The Print Shop. Ron was life member of the Cambridge Elks. He was an avid golfer and loved watching sports in general.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Rebecca A. (Klein) Combs, they were married on May 14, 1961; two daughters, Mary (& Chris) Mizek of Columbus and Ann Garrison of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Molly Garrison, Steven Garrison and Jaelyn Combs; two step grandsons, Jeff (& Jacki) Miller and Ryan (& Kirsten) Miller; and several nieces and nephews.
Ron is preceded in death by: his parents; two sons, Steven K. Combs and Robert D. Combs; a daughter in law Janet K. Combs; and three brothers, Dean, Veryl and Dick Combs.
Graveside memorial service will be held at Northwood Cemetery on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 10 am. officiated by his nephew David Combs. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Guernsey at P.O.
