Scott E. Zeek, age 68 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Zanesville on March 11, 1955, a son of the late Roy Charles Zeek and Jennie Lee (Hoff) Zeek.
Scott was graduate of Maysville High School class of 1973. He then went to Ohio State University to receive his bachelors in real estate and finance. Scott had worked in banking all his life and had been at Peoples, Huntington, Cambridge Savings and most recently at WesBanco. Scott enjoyed watching anything Ohio State, especially football. He liked watching car shows and listening to the Ohio State Band. Scott loved working with his hands and working on his cars. He really enjoyed his breakfast gatherings with friends.
Scott is survived by: his wife of 11 years, Linda A. (Green) Zeek; his children, Erik S. (Kathryn) Zeek, Devin M. (Caleb Smith) Zeek, John (Stacy) Crosson, Amanda (Jason) Nichols and Evan (Pam) Keith; a brother, Jay C. (Kim Henderson) Zeek; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandson; four nieces and nephews; and best friend Denny and wife Kathy Orahoske.
He is preceded in death by: his parents; a sister Vicki D. Lawyer; his second wife Tammy Cozette Zeek.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 10 am to 11 am with the service to begin at 11 am. Pastor Randolph White will officiate with burial to follow at Northwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to the First Presbyterian Church at 725 Steubenville Avenue Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
