Shirley A. Taylor, age 77 of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at her home. She was born in Gibson Station on March 20, 1945, a daughter of the late Dallas E. Lashley and Margaret Jeanette (Fisk) Lashley.
Mrs. Taylor was a teacher for East Guernsey Schools and a member of the Ninth Street United Methodist Church. She loved her kids and grandkids.
Shirley is preceded in death by: her parents; her husband Gary R. Taylor in 2008; a step-son Kelly Taylor; three brothers, Dallas "Butch" Lashley Jr, Ronald David Lashley and Danny Eugene Lashley.
Surviving are: two daughters, Tammy (& Scott) Turner of Cambridge and Kathy (& Bob) Walker of Cambridge; a step-daughter Christine Anchak of Nova, MI; a step-son Michael (& Suzanne) Taylor of Warrensburg, MO; a sister Linda Moore of FL; nine grandchildren, Ross, Patrick, Mathew, Josh, Zachary, Stephanie, Edward, Andrew and Ashley; ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews; and her special friend Debbie Leonard.
