Steven Patrick Ward, age 69, of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Embassy of Cambridge. He was born on July 3, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of Betty Jane (Webb) Ward of Cambridge and the late Richard E. "Dick" Ward.
Steve was a graduate of Cambridge High School and received an Associates degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. After graduation, he worked at the Daily Jeffersonian in Cambridge and for the Newcomerstown News. More recently he lived in Columbus and was an antique dealer and art collector.
Surviving are his mother Betty Jane Ward of the Cardinal Place in Cambridge and his older brother Michael E. Ward of New Concord.
Friends may pay their respects at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Thursday, July 18, 2024 anytime between 10 am and 5 pm. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 10 am at Northwood Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Tara Mitchell.
