Terry J. Secrest, age 74 of Cambridge, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at SEORMC. He was born on June 19, 1944 in Cambridge, a son of the late James H. Secrest and Betty E. (Breedon) Secrest.
Mr. Secrest was a 1963 graduate of Byesville High School. He then served his country in U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Terry was a truck driver for over 50 years. He had drove for many companies but most recently, M&M Feed Supply. He was a member of the Wildfire Tuesday Morning Senior Golf League. He loved his golf and especially his grandchildren.
Terry is survived by his wife of almost 52 years, Paula L. (Nicholson) Secrest. They were married on June 4, 1967. Also survived by: his children, Chris (Crystal) Secrest of Celina and Wendy (Kenny) Moore of Old Washington; five granddaughters, Bethany, Sarah, Katelynn, Courtney and Kayla; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a special cousin Patty Moore.
He is preceded in death by: his sister Carolyn Hunter, and his twin brother Garry J. Secrest.
Visitation will be at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 4 to 7 pm. The service will be on Wednesday at 11 am also at Bundy-Law with Mark Beros officiating. Burial will take place in Guernsey Memory Gardens with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
