Thelma Elizabeth (Miller) Modesitt, born February 9, 1934 in Baltimore, MD, was called home to be with our Lord, November 14, 2023 following a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family at her home in Byesville.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Frank and Helen E. (Lanehart) Miller; and her husband of 42 years, Judson M. Modesitt.
Surviving are: son Marlon Modesitt; daughters, Rosalie (Joe) Lucas, Mikki Ravak, Marcie Modesitt, and Mary Ann (Bobby) Banal; grandchildren, Casey (Cindy) Harriman, Brandy (William) Cologie and Alicia Banal; great grandchildren, Lexus and Paige Harriman and Lahna Cologie.
She loved her family and listening to Gospel Music. She enjoyed attending the Anker Penecostal Church and going out to eat. Holidays were her favorite time of the year because of the family gatherings.

Visitation will be held at Bundy-Law Funeral Home on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm. Her service will be held on Saturday at 11 am with Pastor Adam Paff officiating.
