Thomas E. Stage Sr., age 89, of Cambridge, died Sunday, February 15, 2004 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. He was a son of the late Marion F. Stage and late Mary E. Gadd Stage. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cambridge. He was a a General Foreman at the Chrystler Corporation. He was a member of the Guernsey Lodge #632 and F.&A.M.
Thomas was married to Mary E. Gibson Stage on March 23, 1935, she died in 1983.
Mr. Stage is survived by; a son Thomas E. Stage Jr. of Redford, Michigan, and a sister Beaulah Tedrick of Farmington Hills, Michigan, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by 3 brothers; Walter, Vie and Roy, and 2 sisters; Zula and Lucy.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 18, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. The service will be on Thursday, February 19, 2004 at 11:00am. Rev. Mark Smith will be officiating with burial following at Center Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, in Cambridge.
