Obituary

Timothy Wayne Legg Sr. age 69, of Cambridge, Ohio passed away suddenly on April 8, 2025 at his home. He was born on May 22, 1955 in Montgomery, West Virginia to the late Harold L. and Nancy L. (Reedy) Legg.

He was a graduate of Cambridge High School and worked for over 20 years as a dispatcher for NFI Trucking in Cambridge. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #386 Aerie, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #631 and the VFW Post 2901. He was a avid fisherman, making his own hand made lures and enjoying long days on area lakes. He was one of the best bowlers in the area, as most will agree on the lanes of Capital Lanes and KIng Pin Lanes. He had many friends and could always be the life of the party. He was a true and die hard Steelers and Ohio State fan and enjoyed golfing.

Tim is survived by his wife Crystal (Morland) Legg whom he married on October 9, 1982, his daughter Sarah Legg of Cambridge, his son Timothy Legg Jr. of Cambridge, four grandchildren Kyana, Kyheen, Brendan and James, his sisters Joyce Legg of Cumberland, Ohio and Tammy Lowther of Sanford, Florida, nephews Timothy (Amy) Cramblett of Cumberland, Ohio and Jason (Melissa) Cramblett of Cambridge, Ohio and their children Skyllar, Tristan and Jani, niece Sarah Lowther of Florida. Several aunts and uncles along with his Aunt Grace of Charleston, West Virginia and many cousins and his favorite kitty Peanut who was always his recliner buddy.

No calling hours will be observed. There will be a celebration of life being planned for Saturday May 31, 2025 at the F.O.E. 386 Aerie in Cambridge with a time to be announced at a later date.
