Victor "Wayne" Davis, age 93 of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at his home. Born on January 28, 1927 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Wayne Victor Davis and Harriet L. (Stevens) Davis. Wayne had attended Devry College in Chicago and had schooling in Cleveland in Radio Electronics. He had worked at NCR, Wheeling Steel and for the Wheeling Intelligencer. Wayne was on short wave station W8VAP. He had been a periodic member of the Scouts, the Elks, the Eagles and the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Helen J. (McWilliams) Davis; a son Robin Wayne; daughters, Cathy, Tamera and Christine.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Wanda; his second wife Phyllis and two daughters, Kelly and Kimberly.
