Obituary

William Raymond Vasko, 74, of Lore City passed away on March 17, 2023. William was born in Cambridge, raised in Buffalo, and a 1966 graduate of Meadowbrook High School. He served in the US Army and honorably discharged as a veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from the US Postal Service.
He leaves behind three sons, William Vasko, Scott Vasko, and Brad (Jaynie) Vasko. Three grand children Hailey (Jake Clark), Clay, and Avery Vasko. Along with a sister Cecila Ravak.
He also leaves his love of the last 22 years, Karen Pearson. Along with her family, mother Elaine (& deceased husband Jack) Williams. Children Brian (Aundy) Pearson, Kelly (Jason) Eubanks. Grandchildren Bryson, Kelsey (Timmy Ferguson), and Hunter Eubanks. Great-Grandson Banks Ferguson.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents William and Ann (Merva) Vasko and brother Edward Vasko.
The family would like to thank the staff of Astoria Place of Cambridge and Hospice of Guernsey for the excellent care Bill received.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice of Guernsey. Visitation will be at Bundy - Law Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 4 to 7 pm. His funeral service will be held at 11 am also at Bundy-Law on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 with Mark Beros officiating. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery with Military Graveside Rites conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
